Company: Acme Engineering & Trading Plc Acme Engineering & Trading Plc is an Electromechanical Contractor and Supplier Company working on energy, water supply, engineering laboratory and modern irrigation systems. Our Company undertakes turn-key projects and supply contracts. We are now looking for employment of the following committed to work in a team environment. Position : Design & Sales Team Leader, Energy Key Responsibilities: - Involve in preparation of Dept.’s/Services budget, follow-up its implementation & periodically report to the management. - Plan & prepare schedule for company’s human resource need in consultation with departments & services. - Handle recruitment process (vacancy advertisement, screening, interview, examine and employment), transfer, promotion, termination and grievances. - Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences & workshops. - Prepare annual plan and follow up implementation of annual training of employees. - Head assignment and administration of office support activities including security, office cleaning, tea and messenger services. - Participate in and take minutes of management meeting, follow up signing of minutes, distributing to the members and follow up assignments. - Manage office transportation services and maintain record of vehicles. - Supervise up keeping of office environment, equipment, internet system, stationary supplies, etc. - Perform all other duties as and when assigned.
