1. Director, Information Technology Infrastructure Management
Job
Purpose: To direct and coordinate the design, implementation and
maintenance of all network infrastructure of the Bank and thereby
support the smooth and secure functioning of the day to day Bank’s
operations. The position is also responsible for effective design,
implementation and administration of the Bank’s enterprise database,
systems and data centre
Master’s degree in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software
Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields, with eight (8)
years of experience of which three(3) should be at supervisory position.
Full
professional qualification is desirable. Specialist experience in
Information Technology Infrastructure Management and knowledge of the
banking sector is required.

2. Manager, Information Technology Application Development
Job
Purpose: To coordinate application acquisition and/or in-house
development, participate in designing project standards and
implementation of application developments, customization and/or
modification of applications to support efficient operations of the bank
and meet the business demand
Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in
Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information
Science, Software Engineering or related field, with eight (8)/six (6)
years of experience of which (2) years should be at supervisory position
Full
professional qualification is desirable. Specialist experience in
Information Technology Application Development and knowledge of the
banking sector is required.

3. Branch Manager
Job
Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the
Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products,
acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement
for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance
with four(4)/ six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one
year of experience should be at supervisory level.

4. Customer Service Supervisor
Job
Purpose: To support the Branch’s effective service deIivery to
customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum
efficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Business

relevant work experience. Part qualification is desirable Understanding
of the Banking Industry and factors affecting Customer Service.

5. Risk Management Officer
Job
Purpose: To carry out the credit risk management and loan review
activities in line with internal and regulatory requirements and
promotes a risk culture across the Bank to ensure that the level of risk
is maintained at acceptable limits,

Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or related field with three
(3) years’ of relevant work experience Understanding of the Banking
sector, key risk and compliance issues in the industry and their proper
mitigation mechanisms is required.
